By using Speech Smith, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Speech Smith provides AI-generated wedding speech content for personal use. Generated speeches are intended as a starting point and may require personalisation.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. Generated speeches are licensed to you for personal use. You may not resell or distribute generated content commercially.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Speech Smith to generate content that is:
- Abusive, defamatory, or designed to harm another person
- Illegal under UK law
- Used to spam or deceive others
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in GBP inclusive of VAT where applicable. See our Refund Policy for returns.
6. Limitation of liability
Speech Smith provides AI-generated content as-is. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using a generated speech. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Speech Smith after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
